Ricardo Belotti

Founding Partner

▸ Partner and founder of Belotti & Associados since 1997.

▸ He was a partner at Brasilpar, executive director of Masa Veto and BNDESPAR. He has long experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity Funds, management of investment funds in shares on the stock exchange, having acted in numerous transactions of shareholdings, privatization processes and Project Finance.

▸ Participated in Negotiation programs at Stanford and INSEAD, holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Pedro Belotti

Managing Partner

▸ Partner at Belotti & Associados since June 2013.

▸ Worked for 11 years in the health sector for Henry Schein (Nasdaq: HSIC) at the New York, São Paulo and London offices. His last position was Director International Business Operations, responsible for coordinating the management of portfolio companies and international M&A activities, also a member of the global strategic planning team.

▸ Graduated in Economics from Ibmec-SP (current Insper), Master in Finance from London Business School with specialization courses at GVLaw and Harvard Law School.

João Belotti

▸ has extensive experience in M&A and business valuation from over a decade in corporate finance at Big4 and investment banking boutiques. Acquired broad private equity real estate expertise working for 4 years at Cipasa Urbanismo one of the 3 biggest land developers in Brazil. Moved to London in the middle of a pandemic, to expand his M&A advisory firm overseas and has been very active in the CFA UK Society.

▸ Graduated in Economics at the University of São Paulo (USP), with specialization courses in Turnaround and Restructuring at Insper and Negotiation at Harvard Business School and is a CFA charter holder.
